Tai Chi
Probably the most important 2 things I would say about Tai
Chi are that it should be enjoyable and relaxing.
Knowing all the benefits it can offer is not enough to keep one
interested if it’s not enjoyed.
So with that in mind I felt it very important to make one’s first
entry into Tai Chi enjoyable and easy to do.
I’ve created a Simple Tai Chi Beginner Routine, that in most
cases would be classified as achievable and enjoyable. Some
might find it too easy. My own experience has been that a lot
of the finer detail gets lost if one rushes through the learning
process to get to the end result.
