Drop in Approach.
A walk in class. This is a very easy-going no-learning-required type of class.
It is an hour and a half of soft and gentle Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Its very easy to
follow and requires no homework or home practice.
Suitable for all ages up to any age. It requires no level of fitness and will develop
flexibility. It will also develop coordination, strength, ability to relax at will, stamina
Over time you will develop a good understanding about Tai Chi and how to do the
movements with precision and grace. The relaxation benefits from Tai Chi are felt
from the first class. The most frequent feedback I get from everyone, especially
those that join for the first time is how wonderfully relaxed they feel.
I have DVDs that assist in home learning. While it is possible to learn from
a DVD its greatly enhanced by coming down to a class.
